At Popilush, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your shapewear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and hygiene liners remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging, ensuring all labels, tags, and protective hygiene strips are still in place.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
